Co-Owner / Realtor

Sherri Hansen epitomizes integrity, energy, diligence, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. She grew up in Edmonds, WA and started her entrepreneurial journey at the age of 21 after receiving her degree in Interior Design Degree.

Using her experience in remodeling and passion as an Interior Designer she has a keen eye and great instincts about what will appeal to potential buyers, therefore able to get her listing clients a higher price for their home.

She has worked representing both buyers, sellers, and investors in the real estate industry. She has the vision it takes to see opportunities and the experience and team behind her to get it done.

She acquired her marketing skills while managing the brand and was Head of Marketing for the Dream Dinners franchise corporation in Snohomish, WA.

Sherri has lived in Snohomish for over 35 years. She has a passion for her family including her husband of 38 years, Mickey Hansen; her two grown and happy daughters that both work for the family businesses, Kirsten Sessions in Bellevue, and Carmen Johnson in Snohomish; granddaughter Sloan and Riley her fishing buddy a miniature Yorkie. When she is not selling real estate, you will find her traveling, at her lake house near Chelan, gardening, fishing, cooking, and she occasionally finds time for oil painting.

Transaction Coordinator

Ada has been working in the Real Estate industry since 2009. She has been a licensed Broker since 2012 and working as a Transaction Coordinator for The Red Door Team since 2010. 

Once the listing agreement is signed, Ada will upload the information through the Keller Williams Listing Service, which pushes the information out to over 350 websites. 

Ada also handles “contract to close” process. Once a contract reaches mutual agreement, she ensures all timelines are tracked and paperwork is correct. She handles earnest money deposits, scheduling of inspections, weekly updates to Escrow & Lender, as well as our clients. Once the inspection is passed, Ada ensures the appraisal is ordered & tracks that all items are moving along and everything is done in time for closing. As we approach closing, Ada schedules the final walk through and is in touch with our clients to set up their utilities and arrange key pick up, after the transaction has closed and recorded at the county. 


Executive Admin/Marketing Coordinator

Carmen handles all of our marketing. From The Red Door Team website to our blogs and multiple Facebook pages. She posts your listings on Pinterest, Houzz, Google+ and advertises on craigslist and so much more.

As soon as your listing goes live on the North West MLS, Carmen spends her time managing all of our print marketing such as just listed post cards, flyers and signage.

In March 2013, Teresa Barthol and Sherri Hansen joined together and formed the Red Door Team. With a shared vision for where the real estate market was headed they built a brand that is focused on the ability to keep up with market changes and trends while keeping the needs of our clients first and foremost.
